4 Ways To Pamper Yourself Without Spending Money

Here are four ways you can pamper yourself without spending money:
1.) Stay In Those PJs! Ain't nothing wrong with staying in, watching Netflix, and calling the day what it is- nothing. Lol! I've done this plenty of times. Now on these days, I usually order out, but make sure before you do this, you are stock up on some of your favorite goodies.
2.)Tune Out & Turn Up or Down. Up or Down? It depends on your music preference and mood. I always hype myself up for my workouts, but when I need to relax, I turn to Musiq. Yes, Musiq Soulchild! I love neo-soul music. I'll be sharing my playlist this month so, be on the lookout for it!
3.)Reorganize Your Space- You may think I am crazy for this suggestion. However, it brings peace and creativity for me. A clean, reorganized space is like a beacon of energy for those who need it. It will take some time, but that's the point of self-care, doing what brings you peace no matter how long it takes.
4.) A Hot Cup Of Coffee Now, I may or may not be a fiend. But, a hot cup of black coffee! Whew! It does something to me. Lol. Now, if you are anti-coffee, I have the next best thing! Tea! Yup! Tea is just as satisfying as coffee. If you are in the mood, try matcha tea. I first had it in my protein shake at the place with the green label. (no free advertising, lol) I found some at my local grocery store. I was skeptical about the flavor, but it turned out to be a worthwhile purchase. If I am out of coffee, I reach for my tea with the same energy I do for my coffee!
